1. Booking Policy
All reservations must be confirmed with valid contact details.
Full or partial advance payment may be required to secure the booking.
Special requests (e.g., early check-in, late check-out) are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
2. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is possible on request and subject to availability.
3. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will incur one night’s stay as a cancellation fee.
4. Identification
Guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID or passport upon check-in.
Foreign guests must provide passport and valid visa details.
5. Children & Extra Guests
Children under 5 years stay free when sharing beds with parents.
Extra beds can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to room type and availability.
6. Smoking & Alcohol
Smoking is not permitted in non-smoking rooms and indoor public areas.
Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas.
7. Damage & Liability
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by them during their stay.
Sabari Hotel is not liable for loss of personal belongings or valuables unless stored in the hotel’s safe.
8. Pets
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
9. Privacy
All guest data is kept confidential and used only for communication and service-related purposes.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in Jaffna courts.
